Connected Spotify account to wrong Facebook account

I connected my Spotify account to the WRONG Facebook account mistake and I can't figure out how to reset this.  In account settings I clicked on 'Connect to Facebook', BUT I didn't realize that my friend was logged into my computer under HIS Facebook account.  So my friend's Facebook account is now tied to MY Spotify account.  My friend can no longer sign into his account, because it's tied to mine now.

Whenever I log into my Spotify account now, my friend's name & profile picture appear under my account. Is there anyway to reset this and tie my Spotify account to the correct Facebook account?  Please help!
