Connected accounts?

It's very strange. My mother has a premium account and i have one as well, different usernames, email and different debit cards for payment, but somehow it seems our accounts have been working as one? Does it have something to do with Facebook being connected to one of the accounts(with the email for my private account)?

We can't listen to music at the same time, we have the same playlists, and now when i disconnectet my mothers account from my facebook, i can log into my spotify on my phone, but within seconds it logs itself out?!

Going crazy, and is there no actual spotify support? This was what i found, and there seems to be soo many unanswered threads....
