Connecting facebook account

Hi,

I badly need your help!
I have a facebook account and i had a Spotify account connected to it. I dont really want that account anymore since ive had so much trouble with it on my payment. I have a new Spotify account that i am currently paying for and i cannot connect it with my facebook account. Please help me.
