Connecting spotify to playstation

My Question or Issue

I want to connect my spotify account on my playstation 4. So when i try this is says: " spotify account already linked switch to the playstation network or sony entertainment netwerk account linked with this spotify account." But the problem is we don't know to where they say its connected. It was connected before though to this exact same playstation account. Does someone know what to do? We already tried looking in the settings from playstation and on the account.

Have you tried signing out everywhere? Or removing any offline device in your accounts page?
