Connecting to Facebook and it not changing to full name + disconnecting

I've recently been having problems with connecting my Facebook to my account to cover up my username. I have connected it from both devices and when I refresh the application my Facebook disconnects and the name isn't changing to my full name on Facebook. Is there any way to fix this?

I have no spotify accounts connected to my Facebook either, I've tried.

It usually takes a few days for Spotify to sync with your Facebook account and for your Facebook name to appear in the app.

In any case, could you make sure that you've enabled Facebook data processing by going here?
