Connecting to Spotify kids without email

My Question or Issue

Okay, so I currently have Premium that I share with hubby. I now want my kids to use Spotify kids. I’m however is logged in via Facebook and in order to login via the Kids app you need to log in via e-mail. The e-mail I used when registering a looong time ago I no longer use or have access to. And I of course can’t remember my password. I can’t ask for a new password, as I cannot access the email. I cannot change the email as I don’t know the password.

So, how do I sign up for Spotify Kids then?

If you’re the plan manager of a Premium Family subscription and would like to create Spotify Kids accounts, in this case I would recommend reaching out to Customer Support. They can take a closer look directly on your account and help you update your email address; and you can contact them via the link provided in this FAQ article.

Once your email address and password are updated, you can follow the steps in this support article to create and manage Spotify Kids accounts.
