Conned into the 3-month @ 99c per month

Hi,

I signed up for 3 months @ 99c per month and today (January 16th) Spotify says that my payment information was erroneous and that my account was suspended... I re-entered my payment info then got billed 9.99$...

That is NOT right.

Have you had any form of a premium subscription before this? (free trial, family subscription, etc)

I signed up for the 3 month discount on December 18th and provided required credit card information (the said credit card is fin - account paid in full, valid for sufficient time, etc...) so there were no reasons for monthly 99c premium to be charged.  When I logged back in yesterday (the 16th of January) Spotify tells me that my PRemioum is locjked pending payment - so I figured that something was wrong with my CC information so I re-entered it and got billed 9.99$.

I really would like for this to be corrected but it seems that there is no way for cutomers to bring these situations directly to Spotify's Accounts Receivable dept. (or to anyone at Spotify).

At least with Apple Music I can call / text / write Apple for information and they can move on things... So i really hope this will be resolved soon (within 5 days) or I'm moving on back to Apple Music.

If you've ever had a form of premium before, the offer doesn't apply to you.

I'd recommend talking to the folks at Spotify about this, which you can do in a couple different ways:

• Twitter (@SpotifyCares)
• Contact Form (support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support) - If you receive an email from Spotify redirecting you back here, reply to it, even if it says no-reply.
