Consolidating Accounts

I set up a Spotify premum account for my father under one of my email accounts by registering him for Facebook.

 

We shared use of the account but he now no longer uses it and I would like to consolidate my Spotify Premium account under his Facebook name with my Spotify Free account under my Facebook name so I do not lose any of the playlists I created for him.

 

Is there any way to easily consolidate these acounts?

If you contact Spotify customer services, they will be able to transfer all the playlists, and possible the premium subscription to another account.

For other users who exerience the same problem, I used the contact form and heard back quickly with the following response:

It appears you have accidentally created a duplicate account during the Facebook integration, which is interfering with your original account. This is nothing to worry about, as it can be removed.

Would you like us to completely delete the one connected to Facebook?

If so, let us know the following (For security purposes);

- Date of birth
- Email address

We can also transfer your playlists into your original account, so you don't lose your favorite tunes from the Facebook connected account.
