If you lost the access to the email registered on your profile, but you still have your account opened in the web browser, you can change the email address by following the steps in this article.

However, if you don't have your account opened in the browser, you won't be able to follow the cancelation process on your end. In this case, we'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support so they can check your Premium account and help you further with the email change or the cancelation if needed.
