I paid for premium service and changed home service today I now can't get premium service like I had yesterday my acct is up tissue help me please

Iron actually really upset because I have no playlist and I can't contact anyone from Spotify so this is really pissing me off.. I keep getting emails saying oh did we fix the problem no you didn't! Why don't you try calling a customer and figuring out what to do!
