I think it is lazy and insulting to customers that it is seemingly impossible to contact any person who has any responsible connection with Spotify. They are treating their customers with disrespect and I will check out if there is an alternative company for this service. I cannot pay my subscription yet because my card has been stolen and therefore cancelled and I am waiting for a new card which will have a new number before I can pay the subscription. Because I can't contact them to tell them this they keep sending me condescending emails beginning with "Let's try this again..."
