Good afternoon.

 

My family, who currently lives in Colombia got a premium family subscription plan and invited me to it.

 

I just created my account to be able to be added to the plan, but the problem is I am currently in the US per an exchange program and should be back at Colombia later this month.

 

I was not able to accept the invitation as it says my account should be based in Colombia, but I cannot change it since the only option I am getting in the drop-down menu is "US".

 

Any clue on what should I do?

Hey @abastidas97,

 

You need to wait until you're back in Colombia.
