Could not cancel my subscription with Singtel

Hi,

I subscribed to spotify premium associated to my mobile carrier, Singtel, 1 year ago. My spotify premium ended on 4th of March and i had terminated the plan and resubscribed it again on 1st of March. However, when i was sent a link to connect Singtel to my spotify account, i was told that i need to cancel my old Subscription with singtel even though i've already terminated it. When i login to my spotify account to unsubscribe, i was told to contact Singtel, however when i contacted them, they told me to contact Spotify as they could not access my information. Would appreciate any assistances. Thank you

If you subscribe to Premium through another company and not directly to Spotify you need to contact that othe company, in this case Singtel.

Had the same problem! SingTel was sure the problem was from Spotify's side regarding contract cancellation, but the Spotify website says that I've already cancelled my contract whereas the SingTel one says I still have a pre-existing contract in place. Been on the phone to ST and have been going around in circles and the problem still isn't resolved 😕 

Hey! Singtel resolved the problem for me already. They cancelled the plan and re-apply it for me which has then resolved my issue. Probably you could suggest this to them instead! Hope it helps!
