My Question or Issue

Couldn't cancel free subscription due to being in hospital for 4 months and 5 weeks of that in a coma. I've been in and out of hospital since August 2024 and have had 34 operations  to date and have tried to stop and try to get my money back but they still are taking my money

To help you better, I recommend contacting Spotify's support team directly through this link: https://support.spotify.com/br-pt/article/contact-us/

 

They can then review and consider the possibility of a refund.

 

In the meantime, you can also manage or cancel future charges by accessing your account page: https://www.spotify.com/account
