Country Issues

We are from the US but are living in Germany long term.  I went on today to start a Spotify Premium Family account for me and my kids to use.  Although the bottom of my screen shows Germany, I only have a credit card from the States.  So I put that information in.  It won't let me change my country in my account to Germany, even though I put my adddress in for here.  Now it won't let any of my kids join my account because it says they are in a different country than me.  The whole point of paying the money was to have us all be able to use it...  How do I fix this?

did you try changing the kids' country? maybe you can just delete their accounts and get them new ones.
