Country and payment update dont update

Hi,

 

since I moved to canada I have changed the payment information and change the country info from the same page.

 

My account did not update and I still get billed on the old visa card.

 

any idea?

It sounds like you didn't update it successfully. Can you please give it another try: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/change-payment/?

yea I just tried again to update the payment info.

 

Its a bit annoying that system does not show the updated in real time, I guess I have to wait 1 month to see the next bill?

That's right, the new payment method and country settings will be in effect from your next payment date.

My payment account IS NOT UPDATING.

I try the second time and I still got charged on the old card. 

Also the country is still set wrong.

It is so studpid I have to wait 1 month to see if the payment changes takes affect.
I am seriusly thinking to close my premium account.

 

Hey @nawal123,

 

Can you please cancel your current subscription here? That should remove your current payment info.

 

Once this has been done, all you need to is update your payment info and renew your subscription here. The change will take effect on your next renewal date 🙂
