Country change is not working

I recently had to change the spotify country due to my Australian credit card running out of a date. I'm trying to change it to a Canadian credit card. I have both a Visa and Mastercard in Canada but neither of these are working on Spotify. Also for some reason when I change it to Canada it tells me it is 9.99 euro which I think is rather odd. Can Spotify please tell me why neither of my cards are working with Spotify? I have been using these 2 cards for all my transactions for over a year and know they work. I'm not sure if there is a glitch as I really think if I were to change countries to Canada it should be in CAD not euro.
