My Question or Issue

 Hi, 

when I was in Italy I had a Premium student account payed in Euro. 

I have now changed my country to UK, but I am not able to activate the Student account in GPB. The website always offer the paymet in euro.  Any way I can force it in GBP?

I have used the Student for 2 years.

Thanks for getting in touch!

If you are back in the UK and thus are using a UK IP address, you should be able to head here and update your payment settings. Keep in mind you need to use a payment method from the UK. Try an incognito browsing session if it's not working.

Alternatively you could cancel your subscription and wait till your subscription reverts back to Free after which you could resubscribe.
