My Question or Issue

 I was working via VPN and forgot to sign off as I made a spotify account. As a result the country was by accident wrong when invited for family premium. I followed instructions of spotify  by cancelling family premium, cancelling VPN, changing country code to correct country. Now a new family invitation was sent, but Spotify does not accept this. You can only change your family subscription once a year. HELP!

Hi there,

 

You've exceeded the yearly limit for changing PFF plans. This  support article mentions: "You can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months." 

 

Alternatively, I suggest you get in touch with the  Customer Support team here, since they will be able to look backstage at your account details.
