Country does not match the one set on your profile

Country does not match the one set on your profile

I just downloaded the desktop app for Spotify and it keeps saying:

 

"Your country does not match the one set to your profile. To continue use, update your profile or upgrade your Spotify account"

 

I wondered if it was because I'm using Facebook to login because on Facebook it says that I'm currently living in New Zealand. I now live in Germany and my Spotify account is a German account as well. So I changed my current hometown on Facebook but that did nothing.

 

I read a lot of threads about this issue, but it seems that other people mainly just have problems with the fact that their IP address is showing them in another country. My IP address is correct and shows me in Germany so I don't know what the problem is.
