Country facebook

Hello,

I have a Spotify Premium account for a while now. It was created via facebook. I use it everyday.

Not long ago, I moved from UK to France. The problem is I cannot change my country on my account. It asking me to change it in the Facebook settings, which I did multiple times but it won't update on Spotify.

I'm now stuck with this account where I cannot change the country, I want to get a Premium membership again but it won't let me as my PayPal and Card details are in France.

What can I do?

To update your account's country, you just have to follow these steps. There's no need to update the Facebook country to make the change.

If you still have a Premium account with a payment method from the UK, but you're not getting the option to update the country when you update the payment method, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window.

As a last resource, you can cancel your current subscription, and update the country before resubscribing using the payment method from France.
