Country is incorrect and can't change it

Country is incorrect and can't change it

Hi, I'm in Ireland, but my Spotify account says I'm in the US. Won't let me change it.

 

my IP resolves as Ireland, so I don't understand this. I tried creating another account using Facebook, but that account comes up as the UK!

 

I can't keep creating new accounts, I only have a couple of email addresses!

Are you still experiencing this issue? Keep in mind that if you have a Premium account, you’ll need a payment method with a billing address in the country you’d like to switch to.You just need to follow these simple steps.

 

If the issue is solved and you want to close the secondary accounts, just get in touch with our account's team from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username.
