Country problems

Hey,

So I have tried the step by step instructions to change my Country to USA from UK after my move, but the the field is grey and unclickable/unchangeable. I emailed spotify and they gave me a link to the step by step guide despite me informing them that I had already been trying that method for 3 days. 

I'm starting to get a bit irritated now as it wont allow me to log into my account at all and I spent a lot of time building up my playlists.

Reply back to that email and tell them you still need help. Someone should reply within 24-48 hours.
