Country?

im new-ish to spotify and i made an account and after 14 days it says i cannot access it from abroard. so i just kept making new accounts assuming i was only allowed 14 days before paying. today, my friend told me that i can use spotify free, as long as i dont mind ads. except my country only has US. its not allowing me any other location, ive changed my e-mail location, tried new e-mails, and even tried to see if my computer was the issue. so far all things ive looked up have failed me, i have no clue how to make my country be Australia so i can use this for more than 14 days. So i guess my question is, how do i fix this??

the cite says that the drop down will only show your country if youre in it. but it still isnt showing the country im ACTUALLY in, and have ALWAYS been in. i do not understand??
