Hey, I cant change my country in Account settings. I live in Germany but my Spotify Account is Netherlands. I'm Premium User and I have a Samsung Galaxy S9.

Here are some things you need to know as premium users:

1. You can use Spotify anywhere in the world if you are a premium user, even if you don't change the country settings of your account.

2. To change your country even so, you have to change your payment method to one that has been issued in the new country. 

Here is what you can do:

Log in to account settings on spotify website

Go to subscriptions

Click on Update details, and then "..."

Go to "change country" and click on Germany.

Update the payment method to one in Germany, and just save it.

That should change it!

Actually, I'm guessing you may have created the account while in the Netherlands (funny enough?). The browser needs to see that you're in a certain country (I'm guessing by IP address) for you to be able to change the country.

Also, sometimes the country doesn't show up in the drop down. So, sometimes using a VPN and connecting to server in one of the countries you're in or are subscribed in (to be able to change your account details) works as well.
