On my profile my country is set as Ireland. I try to change it to Uk as I live in N.Ireland, it gives me the opion of Ire or UK but when I change it it won't save it. Can anyone tell me why?

Hmm, on our system your account is set to the UK, and your postcode set isn't for a border town in N. Ireland so that should all be good.

Do you normally use Spotify at work or at home (or both)? Do you have any proxies/VPNs active on any network you use?

Hi Adam,

No i only use Spotfiy at home on laptop. This all started when I travelled to OZ last year (was there 6 wk) when i had to change my Country ect ect........ When I returned home ot N. Ire & tried to Log on the message was that "my free tme was up & I had to up-grade to premium to continue to use Spotify"! I did this to see if i could get my old "Free Spotify" back ( it cost me £30 ) to up-grade. So now when I try to log on all I get is "can't log on because i'm out of the country & I need to up-grade to premium". 

Any suggestions? or is this a rip off???
