Couple problems with my account

I have a trial subscription and I have a couple problems. First the email is wrong, I used Facebook to sign up and the email it used is not associated with my Facebook account anymore, and I also don't have access to it anymore. Second I have a VPN subscription and with the Spotify desktop app I can't log in while the VPN is active, I get a firewall error (error code 30). So basically I have a hard time using my trial right now and need help from support to change my account settings or something.

On top of all that, it's important to mention that Spotify is not recommended used by VPN connection - may create issues or errors like the one you're getting at the moment.


In order to use the app properly, please make sure to use a solid WiFi connection or a LAN/network.
