Courtesy Pay Fee

I was charged a $28 coutresy pay fee on top of my usual payment on the 7th of Feb 2018 and I dont understand why. I would appreciate a reimbursement of my $28 and an explaination as to why it was taken in the first place.

It was overdraft fee, if you didn't have enough money for the original price they will charge your bank for extra for the overdraft
