Created account in foreign country, heeelp

Created account in foreign country, heeelp

Yo there, I created my account back in Australia and now im already back in my homecountry for 14 days and now Spotify tells me that I'm not supposed to use it anymore coz I downloaded it in Australia and it thinks it's my homecountry, and I am not allowed to use Spotify longer than 14 days in a foreign country...??

I already wrote the "support" but there's only a auto generated answer...

This really shouldn't happen in such a big music streamer. I also tried to change my country in my settings of the iPad into Australie, but it won't help.

Hey @S3phrirot,


If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
