Created my account while I was in vacation...

Created my account while I was in vacation...

here what I did: I created an account and took a family plan while I was in vacation in France... But I live in Belgium. The problem is that now my credit card is associated to France and I can't change it, and I can't add members to the Familly as the network is not in France... I tried with another credit card, but the account is still linked to France and I can't add new members to the Family. And I don't want to go to France, find a network there in order to add new members to the family...

 

What can I do so that my credit card is linked to Belgium and not France?

Can I delete my account and start fresh with another email address for example?

 

Any help will be appreciated...

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

Since you're account was created in France, the best option would be to delete it, then create new one and subscribe to Premium Family again. 

 

 

How to close your account:

NOTE: Cancel your Premium first. 

 

Once your account is Free you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to close your account here.
    Note: Be sure to cancel any subscriptions first.
  2. Select Account help.
  3. Select I want to close my account.
  4. Continue through the steps.

Now you can create a new account and start your Family plan.

 

If you want to transfer your music to the new account, follow the steps provided here.
