Created new account, Discover Weekly picture still won't change

I have tried every solution I've seen suggested to change the Discover Weekly picture (connecting/disconnecting Facebook and waiting a week, changing my profile picture and waiting another weeketc) because it's a photo of me and my ex, but nothing worked. I finally reached out to customer service and they told me to make an account and that they would transfer my songs and playlists over.

 

THE COVER PICTURE IS STILL THE SAME. I don't know what to do at this point other than go back to Pandora. I'm tired of seeing it. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know

In this case, it's best to reach back out to Support so they can look into this.

 

We (the Community) don't have any backstage access to your account, so this really isn't something we're able to help with.
