Created two accounts to use with Spotify 3 months for 9MXN each.

I did as stated in the title, since I just wanted to use a new account and use that promotion but the first time it stated that I had already got a similar promotion activated. After several tries, and making another account altogether to try again my account got debbited two times 9 MXN and I don't have subscription on either account. So either I wish a full refund for both or a refund from one account and my desired suscription to the other one.
