Creating a spotify account for an organisation

I’m trying to create a spotify playlist for a music festival. The problem is that the festival doesn’t have a spotify account, and that nowadays you need a facebook profile to create one. Since we use a facebook page, instead of a profile, and facebook prevents festivals for creating facebook profiles, we can’t create a spotify account with the festivals name.

The simple solution is that we create a playlist named after the festival, with a facebook account of one of the people who works here. The problem then is that the playlist can’t be found when searching spotify for the festival name (because only users can be found).

So the question is, can we create a spotify account with the festivals name, without a facebook profile under that same name?

Currently Spotify is not available for other use than personal, non-commercial use, which means that you cannot use Spotify in your organisation, even if you have a STIM agreement. This is a licensing limit that is set for Spotify due to the relationship with the labels.
