Creating an Account

I have been trying to create a Spotify account but every time I click sign up the page does nothing. It doesn't even load. The only sign that I know something is wrong is the red box around the username but it doesn't tell me what is wrong with it.

We'd recommend trying the process using a computer and an incognito window. It should do the trick.
