Credit Card Compromised and Account Disabled

Credit Card Compromised and Account Disabled

My credit card was compromised due to fraud. When Spotify tried to charge my subscription fee, the charge was declined and my account was canceled. 

 

Now, when I to login with Facebook, I receive an error. When I try to create a new account, I receive an error stating that my email address is already in use. 

 

I would like to recover my original account that was linked to Facebook and update my payment details. Any help that Spotify or other users would be helpful.

Have you tried to access your account subscription settings through the web browser using this link?  

 

You should also try and login using the email associated to the account if your Facebook login info isn't working. If you don't know your password for the account then you should go through this link to get it reset.
