My Question or Issue

There is a $10.49 monthly charge on my credit card. I am signed up for Free Spotify.  How do I determine what this is for or for whose device it is attached?  I want it stopped.

Sorry to hear that this has happened.

 

You can check your subscription status on your account page. If it shows up as Free, then there's another Spotify account were charged for.

 

Try logging in to it with all possible email/password combinations you could have used during the sign up process. The account could have also been created with Facebook, Google or Apple so be sure to try out those alternatives as well. It's also worth checking with the rest of your family, as it's possible that someone signed you up for a Premium account. 

 

In case you're unable to locate the account, it's best you reach out to the folks over at Customer Support as they're the ones who can help you out further and provide more info on the matter.
