Credit Card is expiring issue and overpayment

Hey, so I recently got an email saying that my card information is about to expire and I need to change my payment information. However, whenever I try to change my payment details, the page gets stuck loading, like this:  

I have tried it on both google chrome and firefox. Also, apparently my student discount is not valid until this is fixed, considering I was charged for the full price this past month...

Has anyone had this problem/ know how to solve it?

Hey @cfkelly124,

You should try clearing the cache of your browsers, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
