I have a Spotify student discount account and they emailed me saying that there was a problem with my credit card. I should have money in my account by Wednesday but how long until they cancel my subscription? I do no want my account to close if money will be in in a couple days

Hey there @biancabullo and welcome to the Spotify community!

Usually the system tries a few times to get the payment through, so I'm not exactly sure if when your account would revert to free before Wednesday. However, you shouldn't worry 🙂 Even if it reverts to free, your Spotify music will work just the same but in the free ad-based version. Once you re-upgrade you should be able to re-download all your music and have access to the Premium features.
