Credit card and PayPal refused

Hi!

I'm trying to subscribe for a Premium Trial but neither my PayPal account or Visa Debit Card work. I live in the Netherlands and my credit card is from the US but I am able to use it in many other internet transations.

What should I do? I really need offline mode available for Friday....

I'd say there would be a restriction on using a US credit card to access the Netherlands Spotify account.

I'm trying now with a credit card from the NL. What should I do? I really need Premium for Friday since I will play on a bar for 100 guests.... advertisiment is not possible in this case....

Hi Iaislim - You should be able to upgrade with your card from NL as your account is registered in the Netherlands. Just make sure it meets all the requirements here.

However, please note that Spotify is for personal use only. Spotify is not allowed to be played in any public scenarios such as in bars, clubs or schools.

Ok. I understand. This is my birthday party for friends... I prepared a especial play list for this. I'm not a DJ, just want to let music go on during the party....

Anyway, I would like to pay for Premium account. Is it possible?

Yep, as I mentioned above just make sure your card meets all the requirements here. Your account country is already set for NL.
