My Question or Issue

Tenemos una cuenta familiar premium y un altavoz Alexa.

No tengo ningún problema en utilizar Alexa desde mi móvil, pero desde el movil de mi mujer no aparece la opción de enviar a Alexa, y cuando utiliza la IA del altavoz para reproducir contenido siempre lo hace desde mi cuenta.

Quiero poder usar en el mismo altavoz de Alexa las dos cuentas indistintamente, de forma que yo pueda usar Spotify en cualquier otro lugar al mismo tiempo que mi mujer lo hace en el altavoz Alexa, y viceversa.

Your wife's Spotify account probably isn't linked with Alexa yet. That's why she can't listen to her own music and it's your account that gets connected instead. You can read more about this in the Good to know section of this article.
