Current address on my spotify. cant be verify by adding a new member

I can send a SS of my address but when adding a new family member it says wrong address.

Does the form keep adjusting the format of the address on the member's account? If so, I recommend updating the address on your end to the format it's being adjusted to. They should then be able to enter the same address and join the plan.
