I've been dealing with a subscription problem for the past four days that still has yet to be alleviated. I've been sent back and forth between automated email replies and this forum, which hasn't been able to provide a solution. I was wondering if there was someway to contact Spotify Customer Service directly that I may not know about?

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, if you prefer support via Twitter, please tweet @SpotifyCares.
Did you reply to the automated response from Spotify?

When was this? They're pretty slow over weekends so, if you replied over the last couple of days, you should hear something from them tomorrow. If you don't, please post the 8 digit case number from the autoreply subject line and I'll chase it up.

I need to cancel. And is no way to contact customer service. I just try the last tree day. Ago. And no number. To contact. And also. Ether. With my Facebook account I can't cancel this is Un perfectional service. For the costumer services. Every one has the same problem )((( you can suscrib but ))) you can cancel Iam very disappoint
To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:

If you don't see a cancel option,
You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.
To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
