Customer Support is no support at all

Customer Support is no support at all

So I received an email notification that my subscription fee could not be charged. And I know the reason is because my old card has expired and now have a new one. I went on to my account page to update my payment details but the system would not accept the expiry date.

I emailed customer support to ask for assistance and all I got was some canned response that is completely useless to my query.

Is anyone here able to help at all?

Hey @vmggarcia,

 

The Spotify Community isn't an official Spotify support service so I won't be able to help you with this. I'd recommend reaching back out to them about this so that they can try to solve your issue.
