I got a redeem code of Vodafone rewards as I choose the Spotify premium 30 days. Soo they sent me a code. And I've tried that code and it's telling me it's not valid. It's a brand new code. I've tried both lower case, higher case and even both together but I'm still not getting anywhere. Could u help solve the issue?

Can you reply to that email, even if it's a no-reply?
Also, try to redeem the code after you've cleared up the cache or by opening a new incognito window in your browser.
