Customization of playlists (cover and description box)

My Spotify songs and lists all got deleted....... (even after changing my Facebook password)

I am really disappointed that my spotify got hacked (or used by someone else)....

I am also really mad that since I connect my Spotify account with my Facebook account.(And I don't think my FB account is hacked) Two weeks ago, when I found that my Spotify account is used by someone else, I changed my FB password, but that didn't change anything! Now I have all my lists deleted (I don't know why people want to hack into other people's account and add/remove songs by all means, this is insane...)

I lost my  many playlists of songs 

And I really need your help to find those songs back (I want to recover)
