My Question or Issue

The debits in my credit card are maid monthly on the 9th. However, this month of July / 2022, there was another debit on the 16th. How do I do to get it reversed?

Os débitos são feitos em meu cartão de crédito todos os meses no dia 9, mas houve além do débito do dia 09, outro débito dia 16. Como faço para que seja estornado?

It's best if you head over here. You'll find helpful tips in the article explaining why you might be charged twice. 


Most likely you have more than one Premium subscription active, and you can contact our customer support team in order to close the one you don't use, in case you can't find the account details on your own.
