My Question or Issue

Hi...I have recently opened a premium duo account for me and my husband, but how can he have his own access (user and pass) and therefore his own playlists?

Thanks for reaching out.

All members of a Premium Duo/Family plan are supposed to use their own Spotify account 🙂

If you haven't invited him yet, you can do so by following the steps at https://support.spotify.com/uk/article/invite-remove-duo-member/. Keep in mind that he can only accept the invite when he's logged into his own, separate account.
