My Question or Issue

My girlfriend subscribed for a duo premium plan for both of us (she's the main acc) and when trial expired, she received a notificación that payment didn't process (BTW it's my credit card and it's OK) now she doesn't have premium acc, but mine, the secondary acc is active and working, and when I check it shows that she's still on the duo plan.

 

Please help

If your payment process had failed and you're having issue sorting it out, please make sure to follow the instructions on this troubleshooting help page.

 

However, you me be having some last days of your subscription left from your payment.

Please read all about the Premium Duo on this official info page and you'll be able to sort it all out.
