Date format for Gift Cards

The delivery date needed to purchase gift cards keeps saying "invalid format."  What is the correct formate to use?  This is the page I am on: https://www.spotify.com/my-en/purchase/ecards/

Hi @Willow4 were you able to sort this out? The correct format is mm/dd/yyyy.

@swellrdr5 Thank you!  I eventually figured it out.  It turned out to be a safari error.  Once I opened the page in Chrome it showed the correct format and accepted it.  Appreciate the help!

It doesn't work even with the good format the problem is with with the code : it was not tested with Safari.

I'm also having this issue on Chrome as well as Safari. Why isn't there just a calendar drop down that you can click on? So frustrating.

I am also trying to buy a gift card, but cannot figure out the date format. Have tried all data formats possible and none works (using Firefox but also tried Internet Explorer, but it still does not work). If Spotify want people to buy their services they should make it possible to buy it, one would think. As it looks now I have to find another idea for a gift, because I simply cannot buy a gift card. Furthermore, I think it is really annoying that Spotify does not have a customer service, but relies on their customers to help each other out. I have seen several posts with questions about the date format but no answer from Spotify. I am giving up on this now.
