Daughter can't join my family plan

Daughter can't join my family plan

I started a family subscription & invited my kids.  My account says my daughter is active, but when she tries to log in, it asks her for a payment.

We'd recommend trying to redeem the family code again on your daughter's account at: www.spotify.com/family/redeem.
